Yes. You can switch billing cycles at any time. Monthly prices are billed monthly. Yearly prices are billed annually using the per-seat monthly equivalent shown above.

Yes. The Enterprise plan is built for distributed agencies needing unlimited seats, custom roles, team-based structures, and centralized oversight. You can manage multiple offices within a single workspace or create cross-office workflows tailored to how your team operates.

What is the Founding Customer offer?

Approved Founding Customers can join at $100 per user per month with a five-user minimum and a three-month initial commitment. The offer includes every Luxion feature available to the program, regardless of its standard plan tier. The $100 price is protected for at least six months or through Luxion’s Beta period, whichever is later. After the protected period, every participating team continues with a Founding Customer discount.

Can an individual rep join?

Yes. Luxion works best when an agency or team adopts together, but individual reps are a core part of how the product is built. If you are joining on your own, contact us and we will work through an appropriate starting point with you.

How long does onboarding take?

Most agencies are live within a few hours. You submit your linecard and basic preferences, and Luxion handles ingestion and setup so the system recognizes your manufacturers and SKUs. Enterprise users can also receive guided onboarding sessions, workflow tailoring, and optional team training.

How does linecard customization work?

You provide your list of manufacturers. Luxion loads those SKUs into your agency's private product library so search and review stay aligned to your line card. Guided crossing, quotes, and submittals work inside the same connected workflow. No pricing is included or stored unless you explicitly provide it for a reviewed workflow.

Yes. If you only have partial model numbers, outdated SKUs, or inconsistent formatting, Luxion attempts to normalize and resolve them automatically. When an exact match is not available, the system tells you instead of forcing a questionable result.
